Potato Pate with Meat

Ingredients

• 3 funt beef, tender
• 1 plateful potatoes
• 3 onion
• 3-5 cloves
• 3/8 funt butter
• 6-8 rusks
• 1 French roll
• 3 eggs
• 1 spoon cheese

Instructions

1. Beat the sliced beef thin; boil and slice potatoes.
2. Layer onion, seasoned beef, potato and butter in a crumbed dish.
3. Cover with a soaked-roll-and-egg mixture, dust with crumbs and cheese, and bake.
