Dried Raspberry Soup

Ingredients
- 1-1 1/2 stakan dried raspberries
- 1/2-1 stakan sugar
- 1 ложка (spoon) potato starch
- 1 1/2 stakan sour cream (optional)
Instructions
- Cook dried raspberries in water with sugar; thicken with potato starch.
- Optionally add sour cream.
