Sweet Potato Candy

Ingredients

• sweet potatoes
• sirup

Instructions

1. Boil sweet potatoes.
2. Mash the cooked sweet potatoes.
3. Roll the mashed potatoes into little balls.
4. Toss the balls into boiling sirup and let them brown.
5. Remove from the sirup and set to cool until they become brittle.
