Ingredients
- Fish
- 1 Egg yolk
- Pepper
- Salt
- Bread crumbs
- Parsley
- Lemon peel
- Lemon
- Butter
Instructions
- Break the fish into pieces. Pour the beaten yolk of an egg over the fish. Sprinkle with pepper and salt. Strew with bread crumbs, chopped parsley, and grated lemon peel. Squeeze lemon juice over the mixture. Drop a little warmed butter over everything. Brown before the fire.
