Fish, Another Way

Ingredients

• Fish
• 1 Egg yolk
• Pepper
• Salt
• Bread crumbs
• Parsley
• Lemon peel
• Lemon
• Butter

Instructions

1. Break the fish into pieces and pour over the beaten yolk of an egg.
2. Sprinkle with pepper and salt, strew with bread crumbs, chopped parsley, and grated lemon peel, and squeeze in the juice of lemon.
3. Drop over a little warmed butter and brown before the fire.
