Chopped (Cut-In) Dough

Ingredients

• 1/2 funt cold Finnish butter
• 1 funt wheat flour
• 1 egg
• 1 stakan water

Instructions

1. Chop cold butter into flour until sandy; mix in egg and water.
2. Chill on ice, roll, cover the pate, glaze, and bake from cold.
