Buckwheat Salnik with Eggs

Ingredients

• 1 1/2 funt / 4¼ stakans coarse buckwheat groats
• 5 штук hard-boiled eggs
• 1/8-1/4 funt butter
• 1 mutton or veal caul

Instructions

1. Rinse groats, brew with boiling water, and mix with chopped hard-boiled eggs, salt, and butter.
2. Pack into a caul-lined pan and bake 1 hour; turn out.
