Ingredients

Instructions

  1. Judge the quantity of tea by its quality and by your own taste.
  2. Rinse the pot with boiling water before putting in the tea.
  3. Bring the water just to a boil, no more, and pour it on the tea leaves.
  4. Let it stand for two or three minutes; on no account let it boil.
  5. Strain the tea from the leaves, and serve it pure if Chinese tea is used.
