Ingredients
- tea leaves
- boiling water
- water
Instructions
- Judge the quantity of tea by its quality and by your own taste.
- Rinse the pot with boiling water before putting in the tea.
- Bring the water just to a boil, no more, and pour it on the tea leaves.
- Let it stand for two or three minutes; on no account let it boil.
- Strain the tea from the leaves, and serve it pure if Chinese tea is used.
