Pork with Green Peppers

Ingredients

Instructions

  1. Cut the pork into strips about two inches long and half an inch thick.
  2. Wash the green peppers, remove the seeds, and cut into small pieces.
  3. Combine the pork strips with the pepper pieces, two tablespoonfuls of syou, one onion chopped fine, and a tablespoonful of salt.
  4. Cover and cook for ten minutes.
  5. Serve with rice.
