Dried Shrimp Stew

Ingredients

Instructions

  1. Soak the dried shrimp in cold water for half an hour, then drain.
  2. Cover the shrimp with fresh cold water, add the cayenne pepper and syou, and boil slowly for about one hour.
  3. Mix the rice flour with cold water to a smooth paste.
  4. Stir the paste into the stew until it thickens.
  5. Serve with rice.
