Dried Shrimp Stew

Ingredients
- 2 cups dried shrimp
- 1 tablespoon rice flour
- 1 teaspoon salt
- cayenne pepper
- 1.5 tablespoons syou
Instructions
- Soak the dried shrimp in cold water for half an hour, then drain.
- Cover the shrimp with fresh cold water, add the cayenne pepper and syou, and boil slowly for about one hour.
- Mix the rice flour with cold water to a smooth paste.
- Stir the paste into the stew until it thickens.
- Serve with rice.
