Quick Guryev Blini

Ingredients
- 2 funt wheat flour
- 8 egg yolks
- 1/2 funt Chukhon (Finnish) butter
- sour milk (kislое молоко)
- 8 egg whites
Instructions
- Combine 2 funt wheat flour, 8 yolks and 1/2 funt Chukhon butter in a pan; stir thoroughly.
- Thin with sour milk to the proper consistency.
- Whip 8 whites, fold in, and bake the blini.
