Italian Soup with Macaroni

Ingredients

• 1 funt base roots
• 1 onion
• 1 greens bouquet
• 6 potato
• 1/3 funt Italian macaroni
• 2 egg yolks
• 1/2 stakan cream

Instructions

1. Boil and strain a white broth of extra roots, potato, and greens.
2. Parboil the broken macaroni and finish it in the strained bouillon.
3. Finish with a yolk-cream liaison, heat very hot, and serve at once.
