Fried Squab

Ingredients

Instructions

  1. Clean the squabs and rub them dry.
  2. Separate the legs and wings from the body.
  3. Cut the body into small pieces.
  4. Heat peanut oil until boiling.
  5. Toss all the squab pieces into the hot oil and cook until crisp.
  6. Remove the cooked squab and drain off excess oil.
  7. Serve on fried tofu.
