Rassolnik with Goose Giblets

Ingredients

• 1-1 1/2 funt beef
• 1 set goose giblets
• 6 salt cucumbers
• cucumber brine
• 1 herb bouquet
• 1 baked onion
• 3/4 funt root vegetables
• 6 potatoes
• 1/2 tbsp butter
• 1/2 stakan flour
• 1/3 stakan pearl barley
• 5 grains pepper
• 2 bay leaf
• 1 stakan sour cream

Instructions

1. Clean and joint the goose giblets; cook separately with roots and spices.
2. Combine with white beef bouillon and finish as rassolnik No. 37.
