Ingredients
- pork fat
- 1 tablespoonful Quong Sang Chong (water-chestnut flour) or rice flour
- syou
- salt
- pepper
- a little sugar
Instructions
- Cut up pork fat and fry it until crisp.
- Rub one tablespoonful of water-chestnut flour (or rice flour) smooth in cold water.
- Slowly stir the flour mixture into the boiling fat until it thickens and browns.
- Add syou, salt, pepper, and a little sugar to taste.
