Soup of Various Fresh Berries with Sour Cream and Wine

Ingredients

• 6 stakan (~3 funt) mixed berries (strawberry, raspberry, currant, lingonberry)
• 1/2-3/4 funt sugar
• 1 stakan fresh sour cream
• 1 stakan wine
• 3-4 stakan boiled water
• rusks / petit-choux

Instructions

1. Sieve the berries; mix with sugar, sour cream, wine and boiled water.
2. Warm without boiling; serve with rusks or petit-choux.
