Soup of Various Fresh Berries with Sour Cream and Wine

Ingredients
- mixed berries (strawberry, raspberry, currant, lingonberry)
- funt sugar
- stakan fresh sour cream
- stakan wine
- stakan boiled water
- rusks / petit-choux
Instructions
- Sieve the berries; mix with sugar, sour cream, wine and boiled water.
- Warm without boiling; serve with rusks or petit-choux.
