Cocoa Nut Pudding

Ingredients
- 0.5 pound cocoa nut
- 0.5 pound fresh butter
- 0.5 pound white sugar
- 6 whites eggs
- rich puff paste
Instructions
- Beat the fresh butter to a cream. Add the finely grated cocoa nut, white sugar, and egg whites beaten to a froth. Mix the whole well together. Line a baking dish with rich puff paste and pour in the mixture. Bake until set.
