Chop Suey (Plain)

Ingredients

Instructions

  1. Cut half a pound of pork in small pieces and fry for three minutes.
  2. Cut up the veal, add it, and fry for five minutes.
  3. Chop up two onions and half a bunch of celery into small pieces, slice thin a dozen water chestnuts and half a can of bamboo shoots, and turn them into the pan with three tablespoonfuls of syou and half a tablespoonful of salt.
  4. Cook for ten minutes.
  5. Add the bean sprouts and cook all together for five minutes.
  6. Serve with rice.
