Chinese Scrambled Eggs

Ingredients

Instructions

  1. Heat half a tablespoonful of lard in a frying pan until very hot.
  2. Add the finely chopped onion and fry until golden brown.
  3. Break the eggs into a bowl and beat well.
  4. Pour the beaten eggs into the pan.
  5. Keep stirring constantly until cooked through and the mixture is a light golden brown throughout.
  6. Serve with rice.
