Chinese Scrambled Eggs

Ingredients
- 0.5 teaspoon sweet lard
- 1 whole onion
- 5 whole eggs
- 1 teaspoon salt
- dash cayenne pepper or black pepper
Instructions
- Heat half a tablespoonful of lard in a frying pan until very hot.
- Add the finely chopped onion and fry until golden brown.
- Break the eggs into a bowl and beat well.
- Pour the beaten eggs into the pan.
- Keep stirring constantly until cooked through and the mixture is a light golden brown throughout.
- Serve with rice.
