Borscht, Another Way

Ingredients

• 5 round beets
• butter
• 2-3 tbsp vinegar
• 1/3 stakan flour
• beef and spices
• sour cream

Instructions

1. Fry shredded beets in a buttered pan with vinegar and flour, adding broth, until nearly done.
2. Cook them soft in a plain beef bouillon; serve sour cream separately.
