Ingredients
- round beets
- butter
- tbsp vinegar
- stakan flour
- beef and spices
- sour cream
Instructions
- Fry shredded beets in a buttered pan with vinegar and flour, adding broth, until nearly done.
- Cook them soft in a plain beef bouillon; serve sour cream separately.
